Katrina Heads To New Orleans
Nature had never gone so brutal on people of the U.S.! Before Hurricane Katrina could approach New Orleans, Mayor Ray Nagin went for voluntary evacuation in metro regions. However, nothing was really helping as the hurricane continued to intensify. It was 27 August, the four days old hurricane had taken its worst form. It had picked up the speed and now was running at the speed of 160 miles/hour. It was a category 5 hurricane.
