The boy in the picture is Lucas who is two years old and the dog is Lexi who is a few months younger than him. Lexi is an American Pit Bull Terrier who loves the company of Lucas. She every night before going to bed spends an hour snuggling with her little mate. Only after having him slept she goes over to her resting place to have her share of sleep.
