Hard Times

Just when Shelly was making her way towards her car after her dad’s funeral, she found a parking ticket resting on the windshield. She found herself in the middle of a similar situation when a cop handed her another parking ticket just when Shelly was trying to sort things out in the courthouse. While it may not appear to be something as troublesome, Shelly was having a hard time managing her expenses and even a parking ticket at the time was nothing short of a punch in the gut.
