Ron shared with Ann the conversation he used to have with Karl’s tombstone. Ron told Ann,  “Just spoke to him and just said, ‘Hello, Karl, how you doing? I’ll come up and see you sometime.’” Ronald and Karl had developed a  very special bond with each other at Scouts. In fact, Karl was the only person who he could remember out of all the boys at Scouts.
