Walking Through History

They were done with the living room and now it was time to explore the other rooms. The 2 Rue La Bruyère based apartment had much more to flaunt. The room they entered first was quite vast in size. One of the walls of the room had a bookshelf carved in it that had stored some highly prestigious books of that time. Not only that the huge windows of the room were covered with gold curtains. The drapes were still keeping the sunlight from the room. The team drew the drape and the room got filled with sunlight once again after seven decades.
