In comparison, the backyard was a bit of a letdown and was not at all eye-catching. It was simply ordinary. The only visible greenery was the artificial grass spread over the ground and it was apparent that not much thought was put into the backyard of the property. But it wouldn’t affect things much as Carla and Gladys were confident about selling this piece of modern history at a high price. As historic, exquisite or eye-catching the place was, there are things that the naked eye can’t see.
