Fleeting Uncertainty

The lack of certainty in Joyce’s voice was the only major concern for Carla and Gladys. However, Joyce convinced them that she was clear in her head about what she wanted irrespective of the fact that she had spent a whopping 72 years of her life in that place. It would be hard for anyone to finally say goodbye to a place one has spent a lifetime in, and it was obvious that Joyce had made and cherished many beautiful memories over such a long period of time in her home. However, the realtors were concerned if Joyce had been hiding something or it was just her attachment to her home that reflected a sort of unwillingness in her voice.
