Swimming Through Ice

We all can swim through water, we grow up learning to, and Jesus could walk on water, but this woman literally swam through the ice to save a stranger’s dog. How many people would have taken the headache of doing such a thing for even their pets? This was no joke, her and the dog’s life were threatened but she did it anyway. When people were shouting at her “don’t do it”, she shouted back in reply, “it’s a dog, I have to.” It just shows how compassionate this woman was. Maybe she thought if ever one of her three dogs get into a dangerous situation like this, there might be some person like her who would help her dogs. We can only expect from others what we are ready to do, right?
