Closing In

This seems like a scene from a movie does it not? Where two people are trying desperately to reach each other in order to be saved. The only difference is that instead of two lovers or friends, here is a woman and a dog she never even saw before. The woman was aggressively breaking the ice with her bare hands in order to reach the dog at the earliest because she could see the dog was getting tired and giving up. Tessa had even started to sink. When the woman saw this she made her advance even faster but it is not easy to be swimming across a frozen lake. Meanwhile, people were trying to encourage the dog to not give up.
