We agree that this guy just vanished and the world doesn’t know his whereabouts but the story was viral when it first surfaced in the year 2013. But you must be thinking why talk about it now? The story showed itself again in hope of finding new clues about the guy and money which have lost in time. There have been some serious debates revolving around the story because of the fact that there have been several cases regarding these incidents. But the question is, where should we point our fingers? Whose responsibility it is to check the cars which get sold to the second-hand buyers?
