This guy was lucky because he found money inside an unknown bag that was hidden inside a window panel of the jeep. But think about those people who found something very dangerous and were left in the situation where explaining events would land them inside a jail. According to these people, it should be the responsibility of a salesman who should really inspect the car before selling it.
