Adolph Ruth—a Sensation

After a few years, in 1931, the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine came in the news again and again for the wrong reasons. While working in Mexico Erwin, the son of Adolph Ruth came in possession of a map found in the Borrego Desert region in San Diego County. The map was of the route to the gold mines of Superstition Mountains.
Adolph was a treasure hunter, or so he claimed and so his son handed over the map to him to look for gold.
