What’s The Point?

Wasn’t that the first question that popped in your mind? If that wasn’t it, did you go “Ummm…”. Where is the window to the balcony below? And if there is no window what the fcuk is the balcony for? If anything this useless balcony only makes the task of thieves easier. Or it could serve as the dumping ground for the tenants above.
