SakshiMichelle Kwan
Michelle Kwan is a figure skater who at the age of just 13 was ranked 8th in 1994 World Championship and hence was taken as an alternative to 1994 Olympics. Thanks to the hard work she was putting in her practice from the time when she was only five years old. She tasted victory for the very first time when she in her first year of skating won first figure skating competition. In 1994 she contested against Tara Lipinski in Nagano Olympics but lost out to her, ending up with silver. She was about to try her luck in 2006 Olympics but could not compete because of her groin injury.
