He has its name etched in the record books as a greatest American swimmer. Phelps has won 23 gold medals and 28 medals in total. After taking voluntary retirement in 2012, He made his return to the game in 2016 Olympic Games in Rio owing to the hatred between him and Chad Le Clos. He finally ended his swimming career in 2016. And now is spending quality time with his kin and plays golf. On being asked about putting in his paper for the second time he replied “To be honest, It’s not that hard. I’ve been in this sport for 24 years.
