Green is the new transparent

It appears no one realized that a green dress would clash (or blend) with a green screen prior to the live report. That was when meteorologist Liberté Chan got offered a blazer to cover up the bothering transparency. As you will read later on, this was not the only time her clothing choices were criticized!
