How do you think one can survive in a negative 30 degree without having anything to cover their body? These puppies, the pups had no warmer place to slither inside around them to endure the cold. So, in order to survive the climate, the dogs used to cuddle with each other to stay warm. Moreover, sometimes the poor pooches would slip under the slabs of concrete and sometimes you would find them inside a construction site sleeping, hugging each other on a construction material.
