Ron and Natalie both fall in love with this little abandoned Romanian orphan who was left at the orphanage as an infant. Her health wasn’t good at all, she was weak and ill. Compared to children of her age Rodica was underweight too. The motivating part was that this girl never lost her smile. Looking at her condition, the Trecroces wanted to know more about her past and how did she even end up in the orphanage. Little did they know that their questions will lead to some disturbing answers.
