Justice?

After serving two years in prison for identity theft, Richard was released. Richard went to Indiana as he had to present in front of the court where Linda sued him for approx $2 million in unpaid child support. Richard has no assets to pay this money even when Linda won the case. What hurts the most is that Richard never bothered to apologize to any of the two families.
