Important To Speak Up

Somehow, our society still consists of those people who defend sex and gender-based discrimination but that should not discourage anyone to step forward and be vocal about what is wrong. The ever increasing percentage of cases about discrimination in the workplace only confirms that we still have a long way to go. Women like Lindsey, Whitney, Tania, the ones who spoke up and stood for their rights should be an example to everyone, especially those who are afraid to come forward. Don’t be silenced. It’s time to speak up.
