Closed Town

The institution was located in the vicinity of Zheleznogorsk also known as “closed town” among the people of Krasnoyarsk Krai. It is called so the city does not allow entry to the ordinary Soviet citizens. In fact, the place is guarded with barbed wire to prevent any infiltration from the strangers.
