This powerful sense of empathy or sympathy that we have for our fellow human beings is something that makes us even more special than other living beings. Back in 2013, in the month of April, there was an unfortunate incident that took place in the village called Segarcea. This is located in Dolj County, Romania. There was a little boy who accidentally fell into a deep well in the city and even though the rescue personnel with all their professional equipment failed to save the child. They were facing more difficulty than they expected.
