Notorious People

Not everyone is so generous to adjust or to offer their seats to more needy ones even if there are posters pasted in the subway. They are least bothered about the other person and seem to have no responsibility as a fellow passenger just as the kid. Mostly men carelessly sit in the trains blocking the seat and not giving other people enough room to sit and Joe was just a kid, what could be said about the teenager.
