I am extremely sorry for this man who tried to come up with something different to save his beach trip from getting ruined. As the plastic bottles won’t solve the intended purpose and not to mention it makes the man look like a human rocket prepared to be launched. It wouldn’t have taken much time for the man to realize these facts. I would have surely recommended a lifeguard to keep a close eye on this man as his certainly prone to danger and seems the wacky type.
