Call The Paramedics

When they saw the woman returning with the dog, both shivering and getting tired by the second, someone acted out and called the Paramedics so that both can be taken care of and the dog taken to the hospital if need be. The people standing there started to bring out stuff that could help the woman and Tessa to come out of the water quickly without further jeopardizing anyone else’s life. In the video, we can see people extending a ladder to the woman so that she can hold onto it and can be dragged out. You can only believe the entire episode when you see the video in the coming slide!
