A Doctorate

Lucas was born in Poland on August 19, 1911. He was a highly educated man with a lot of doctorate degrees. He has received a doctorate in Bacteriology and Veterinary Medicine from the University of Lwow, Poland,  in the year 1936. He also received Doctor of Medicine from University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 1946. He was also a  Master of Public Health from University of London, the United Kingdom in 1948. He also did a Diploma in Child Health,  from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, Dublin, Ireland in the year 1950.
