This case was, of course, one in a million and as its various layers were slowly revealing, it became difficult for the doctor to digest what they were operating. The doctor had a rough idea about the size of the tumor he would be operating on but the revelation the size of the tumor still sent a chill to his bones. Was it that terrific?
