In March, Servat rushed his girlfriend to the hospital believing her to be in labor. But rather than returning with their quintuplets, Doctors came back with the grave news that Barbara wasn’t pregnant, never was. It was a case of what doctors called “Phantom Pregnancy” goes without saying that Paul was absolutely devasted by this news. But this wasn’t the end of Barbara’s cruelty.
There was no end to her Cruelty
What’s even more sickening is the allegation from an ex-boyfriend of Bienvenue. He claims that this wasn’t her first time faking a pregnancy. “This isn’t the first time she’s done it,” a relative told The Toronto Sun at the time. “But honestly, we never would have imagined she was cruel enough to do such a thing again. Barbara cut ties with us in recent months. She didn’t want us to know about her game.”
How can someone be so heartless?
On top of her false pregnancy, the relative reported that she once faked suffering from leukemia. After doctors found she’d faked her pregnancy again, she was put under mental observation.“She needed medical attention, else she’ll do it again and again,” her relative continued. Meanwhile, Paul was devastated, with no other left but to pick up the remnants of his broken heart. “He was crying on the phone. He was crushed, he didn’t understand,” a friend told The Toronto Star.While Bienvenue’s relative pitifully said, “He doesn’t deserve to live with this.”
An important lesson to be learned here!
After enduring the unbearable news, Servat told the people who’d contributed gifts to the non-existent babies that they’d be given their money and/or contributions back.“I’ll return all these things to people who mailed them or give them [away],” he said. “I’m a decent person and I don’t have anything to do with these lies.”We hope that servat has been able to heal from the traumatic events and that Bienvenue is getting the help she needs.
