Do you know what a breatharian is? As the name suggests, it is someone who decides to live on AIR. Yes, this term exists and people actually try to live like this. Human Barbie is one person to tried to live just on sunshine and air without consuming any food. Not so surprisingly it did not work out for her but that has not deterred her from trying again. This proposition of hers sounds quite tame as compared to other things she has said.
