Familiarity

In the video he can be seen excitedly telling a woman, he obviously knew, about his entire experience and how everything came about and at the end of  their little chat the woman gave him a warm hug and said, “I’m thrilled.” Then he went to the roadside shops he frequented as a homeless man.
