Jose Antonio had been living on the streets for 25 years now and he had more important things, like survival to take care of than focus on his hair hygiene. Expectedly they were messed up, filthy and tangled, as non-Rapunzel like hair that you can imagine. He had to be given a thorough head wash, with shampoo, conditioner, and drying which had to be repeated with his beard too. His hair was finally salon ready to be styled.
