Apart At Nights

After behaving completely opposite to their traits, the goat and the tiger were slowly getting along together. Timur was still stubborn and Amur was still being patient. In his moody partner’s absence, Amur used to roar at nights mourning the loss, therefore they were allowed to get back together. Well, if you think that was it, then we should tell you the more dramatic scenes are yet to be added to the frame.

Lonely Partners

“Timur the goat has taken Amur for a leader and follows him everywhere. It looks like they are friends,” explains one of the staff member. “The situation now is different and the animals are great friends,” told a zoologist. They both were alone and saw each other as partners. Their behavior was different from any other goat and tigers and so was their bond; equally uncommon! Completely into the relationship, wanna know how?

Being Defensive

Amur was caught being defensive for his only friend, when the members were feeding the goat, he hissed towards them which was again not at all an obvious behavior of Amur, “[He] hissed at an employee who feeds the tigers, as if to tell him, ‘Hey, don’t you ever approach my friend.’ Before that, he never showed any aggression towards staff,” told one of the staff members sharing the anxious moment.

Changes In The Menu

As Amur and Timur’s friendship was getting stronger with every day the observers at the park started feeding the big cat raw meat and rabbits for live prey. And mostly, they were kept apart while Amur had his food to avoid any consequences. The park members were praised as well as criticized at the same time and let’s see what side you’ll be favoring!

Full Stomach

Yevgeniya Patanovskaya, a former press secretary at the Primorsky Safari Park, explained her side of the story, as per her, “Amur the Tiger didn’t eat Timur the Goat because he wasn’t hungry. So I asked the park employees to keep Amur well-fed so that he doesn’t eat Timur. That’s how he managed to endure for two months.” She even claimed that as Amur has lived in captivity since his birth, he’s not aware of keeping food stores. But that’s just one side you know yet many things about the two was left.

Fake Friends?

Oleg Mezentsev, head of the Safari Park denied everything the former employee said and told, “They lived together for two months, how could you fake something like this? If he wanted to eat him, he would’ve done so, but he didn’t. And he ate other goats and boars twice Timur’s size.” According to Mezentsev, the former employee lied of her status as press secretary for the park and that she was not happy with her colleagues. Now let’s tell you the more hilarious opinion about Timur and Amur’s 6 months old friendship!
