Some celebrities claim that she has tattoos on her breasts tool! In 1996, Jay Leno managed to see Dolly’s arm tattoos on his show because she wore shoulder cut-outs on ‘The Tonight Show’. She revealed to him that she has a “little butterfly and a little angel, [her] guardian angel.”
