This woman picked Zimba and dropped him to the Caroline County Humane Society who provides shelter to both abandoned and stray dogs. They also provide adoption facility for the people who really want to give these beautiful creatures a new life and home. They were more than happy to take Zimba in. They thoroughly examined him to see if he has been injured. They found something on his collar. What’s that?
