Rubber Arm

All pitchers in the MLB have a different way of throwing the ball. However, the basic motion is the same across the board. One moves his arm in a forward motion to launch the ball towards the plate. However, to improve one’s fastball, one must improve his external rotation. This pitcher has clearly worked on that as his arm is super flexible and almost looks like rubber.
