Yeah, I know that you are a little confused with that “joke” thing? Let me clear that out for you. There was a family joke which revolved around the Kristiansen’s regarding the story of an abominable land that Dan’s grandfather used to tell everyone. It was this joke that Klaus recalled on hearing about his son’s history project which triggered it all. The farm you see in the image belongs to the Kristiansen family. You can just get an idea of the long period for which they have been the owner of the farm by the fact that Dan’s grandfather always used to say that something sinister had happened on their land 73 years ago. Well, certainly the farm had seen way many things apart from vegetables and herd of cattle. But, what?
