Record Issues

During the 1990s,  Romanian was under the dictatorship of Nicolae Ceauşescu. In those days the records of orphan kids were not even kept properly. Trying to know Rodica’s past will be a difficult task to be done as none of the documents were arranged systematically. How will they get it was a big challenge for the couple yet they were ready to do all that it takes to know where this little girl originally came from.
