Heartwarming Gesture

To everyone’s surprise, Stephen really did hand Uribe the note in form of the receipt for his breakfast. Stephen had just turned nine not too long ago, and he had received some money as his birthday gift. So this innocent little kid decided that he would buy this cop’s breakfast with his money. On top of that, he also wrote a heartwarming message on for Uribe.
