Although Stephen really wanted to have a talk with this cop about the parking ticket he had just written, for some reason he got extremely shy all of a sudden, he couldn’t think of any way of expressing his feeling. He was pondering really hard to find a way to approach this officer and to explain himself, and suddenly it came to him!
