Well, some of us would rather escape real life and stay high on drugs for the rest of life if given the choice. So this person happens to be just one of them. We all know how hard it gets to deal with your social life, assignments, and exams especially when you are in college. Maybe this guy wants to escape life and reality for a while and stay high as a cloud.
