Impossible Task

Yan called the sheriff’s office in Sullivan County as he desperately wanted a professional detective’s help. After all, this body belonged to 1 of the 70,000 women who go missing in the U.S. every year. They discovered this body buried close to Catskills. After knowing the numbers, it looked like a next to impossible task to identify this woman but they came up with an amazing idea.

Yan started going through all the active missing women cases till January 2016. All in all, they had to go through more than, 21,894 case files. They started to check for any similarities between these cases and the woman’s body they found. With this, they ended up getting more than thousands of similar kind of cases.
