Total Chaos

“We pulled up to the scene and I jumped out as fast as my dad could stop the truck. One vehicle accident. Two ambulances. Multiple fire trucks and police cars. One helicopter. I repeat – one helicopter. It really was not good,” Amber recalled.

So many people were gathered that Amber couldn’t see Ty anywhere.

Smashed Truck

With her eyes wide open, the first thing she noticed was Ty’s truck, it was a complete wreck. The back tires were gone, The truck was nearly bent from the middle. Looking at the truck in that condition, she was trying to hold herself as she had to look for her boyfriend. It was at this moment that she ran towards the crowd to look for Ty.

Finding Way To Her Man

She made her way through the crowd and saw Ty surrounded by three paramedics. You won’t believe that even in those stressful moments, Ty greeted Amber with a smile. “I finally found Ty in the center of a crowd of first responders. ‘Hey babe,’ Ty said as soon as we locked eyes while he is laying there in a pile of ants that were biting him,” recalled Amber.

Distraught And Fearful

“The paramedics were asking Ty to move his legs and feet. He couldn’t. No movement” said Amber. She could see him unable to feel his legs. The cops asked Amber to confirm Ty’s identity. “The cop that was writing the report immediately took me away to review Ty’s address and other information that was found in his wallet. Yes, all correct,” she said. She was there but not even for a moment she could get her eyes off Ty.

Not Able To Move
